Returns & Cancellations

We will, at our discretion, replace or provide a credit note for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or wine that was ordered in error. Please send an email to info@iev.com.au to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received and assessed, we will, at our discretion, replace or provide a credit note for the value of damaged or faulty wine. Please contact the tasting room at +61 8 8553 9008 for return instructions.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.
