Pétiyante
Pétiyante is our play on the French word (Pétillante) meaning light, bubbly & playful. Made in the methode traditionelle, Pétiyante comes with serious sparkling wine credentials in a style & price point for any occasion.
On the nose, it offers lemon tart, baked apples, white floral & citrus zest. On the palate, a super fine bead with hints of nashi pear, white peach, grapefruit & brioche from time on lees. A crisp elegant finish wraps up the delicious package.
Perfect for any social occasion, Pétiyante pairs beautifully with Kangaroo Island oysters, prawns, frittata & asparagus.

Tasting Notes
Pinot noir and chardonnay, proportions undisclosed. Attractive bouquet, with notes of brioche, white flowers and pear. Good attack on the palate, a well judged touch of sweetness, and nicely crisp on the finish. Exclusive to cellar door I imagine it does extremely well - it's very easy to drink.
