Barrel-fermented & aged in French oak, this wine is all about a delicate balance of creaminess, complexity & acidity.

On the nose, it offers preserved lemon, apricot & toasty vanillin oak. On the palate, citrus, tropical fruit & pear, with natural acidity balancing the creamy texture drawing it to a long smooth finish.

Pair it with freshly shucked oysters with a squeeze of lemon, King George Whiting or squid straight from the ocean & seared on the barbecue.
