Pale Straw in colour, on the nose, there's passionfruit, lime zest, citrus & sea spray.  On the palate, it's delicate & aromatic with a light herbal note, ripe citrus & tropical fruits.  Rounded off with just enough acidity to finish elegant, clean and crisp

Serve with herbaceous Thai dishes, creamy garlic prawns or soft goat cheese while you watch the sunset.
