Made from our low-yielding Grenache and Shiraz bush vines, Old Rowley is almost Burgundian in its elegance. A beautiful, medium-bodied wine that is about freshness rather than power.

On the nose, it has spicy, earthy aromas supported by notes of confection from carbonic maceration.  The palate is robust but still delicate on the front palate. Full flavoured with supple raspberry & boysenberry flavours, lifted florals, vanilla oak & clove notes. Natural acidity supports a long finish, increasing the richness and length of flavours.

Pait it with lamb dishes, duck, hearty stews or casseroles, and Asian-inspired cuisine such as beef with noodles.
