On the nose, it offers black plum, blackberry, cocoa & sweet tobacco.  On the palate plush fruit, full-bodied structure & firm tannins that Malbec is known for are balanced by wine-making craftsmanship to create a wine that is power & finesse in equal balance.

Pair it with lean game, a blue cheese burger, a steak cooked over firm & hard cheeses.
